If that sounds a bit like you and you're looking for a real, online personal trainer, our Performance Plan is designed for people who are looking for a bespoke personal training plan that's designed for them to hep them achieve those fitness goals. 

Our Foundation Plan is a 12-week workout plan that's created by a real trainer after they've spoken to you and understood who you are, what you want to do and your lifestyle. We take the time to do the groundwork so that you have a plan that's designed to help you get to where you want to go. Be that a strength and conditioning plan for the over 50s, a tone up plan designed to get you into that outfit that's been languishing in your wardrobe for far too long, we'll devise the programme to get you there. 

We'll create you a 12-week workout plan that will, week by week, start to hone and shape your body to what you want it to be, all organised and managed through our bespoke smartphone app, so you can keep track of your progress workout by workout, record your achievements and give feedback to your trainer so any modifications can be made as necessary. You can also sync the app with other apps / smart products such as Apple iWatch or Garmin watches or MyFitnessPal to collect key health, diet and fitness data all in one place. 

We'll also organise regular weekly check-ins through the app to ensure that you're keeping on top of your programme and so that we can understand what progress is being made to help ensure that we keep you on track, or adapt as necessary.
