Whether you’re getting started, have a focus or simply want some inspiration to shake things up, we’ve created a series of workout plans that’ll support your training goals and focuses. Comprehensive, detailed and tailored to your needs, they’re great to get you moving.
As well as in-person one-on-one personal training (best suited to people in Folkestone & surrounding areas) to online training, we'll steer you and keep you on course to achieve your goals, be that a 30-day get back in shape workout, a 6-week programme for weight loss, a belly fat loss workout, building muscle or training for weight loss and better shape. Everyone has their own goals and we're there to support them.
With our in-person and online training, we tailor the plans to your specific needs and your goals so that you've got something to work towards. The plans are managed through our App and modified as necessary and we ensure a weekly catch up and ongoing monitoring to ensure that accountability, keep you on track and positively encourage and support you all the way.
We also offer a range of pre-set ebook programmes that provide all you need, from the workouts with full instructions and video guides to helpful and handy tips and advice, tracking sheets, bow to build your mental strength and much more.
