YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.

An engine won’t function at its best without the right fuel, and we’re no different. You can do all the training you like, but if you’re not fuelling your body with the right balance of nutrients, then, put simply, you won’t make the gains you want, when you want.

We get constantly asked as to what is a healthy nutrition diet or what should the optimum nutrition plan actually look like? I'm looking for the loss of belly fat so what should I be doing? I've got an important event coming up, so I need a 30 days weight loss plan to make me trim...the list goes on.

But knowing what proper nutrition should look like is complicated - proteins, carbs, healthy fats, macro and micronutrients....where to start? Truth is, it CAN be quite simple and straightforward, but there's not really a quick fix - well, there are, but they make you miserable and they're not sustainable.

But, it's also different for everyone - what's right for one person will be inappropriate for someone else. Best is to seek advice and work to a plan that's sustainable in the long run.
