Meet the trainers

Our trainers are either highly qualified, vastly experienced, ex-professional sports people / trainers, keen non-professional sports players, people interested in diet and health as they get older or a combination of all the above. 

We're real people too - although we love a bit of Ai, that's not what we're about: we're real people with real goals and focuses and like to enjoy life as much as we do keeping fit and healthy. That means we understand and appreciate that life is for living, exploring, travelling, family, friends, good food and drink. We believe there's always a balance, so that doesn't mean training every moment and living on a strict diet of steamed chicken and broccoli and only drinking water all the time! 

Consequently, real is how we train our clients too: we get to know you and shape our advice and training around you. We create realistic training and nutrition plans designed to deliver results that are sustainable and a part of your life forever and not just a quick fix.
